I have always been into speed freak posters by Greatrex.and spoke to him sometime ago about making the subject ( speed freaks ) as you have done.but I would suggest that to get to a bigger market they need a price point of around a ten pounds. Smaller in scale by half not in ceramic but plastic or resin and like most diecast producers ie;Minichamps made in China, to great the continuity of good finish/and price.       The reason for the smaller scale is so that if the price point was achived you could by more to display in display cases as I do myself.
